This particular Blog is not only for gym lovers or fitness enthusiast but even for a layman . Both can  gain a new perspective about his body and his health.

Let's start talking about six pack abs. Are you excited?

So who doesn't want an impressive  body like“Hrithik Roshan”  these days. The greek god structurbody.
People construct their “ideal type” around these celebrities or Instagram fitness models. And they blindly rush to the gym in the hope of of achieving their ideal type. With this era of YouTube and Google some of the inquisitive people research there workout regime, nutrition, body type, method of training so many other factors that help to achieve their ideal type. And put some serious effort there and  on the other hand some don't.
But most of the people, join gyms in the rage of getting the utmost physique without any fundamental knowledge about the long and unending process of fitness and they start  following the biggest guy around them. Or in other case just like in every gym there is a professional bodybuilder to follow . Without realising the difference between themselves and the professional. They start the loop of achieving their ideal physique.
Now   both categories would spend endless hours of training, following different methods along  different seasons. From bulking to shredding, and shredding to bulking, the endless cycle of body torture continues. But still after spending so many hours of  life in the gym and not getting even close to their ideal type they'll not feel upset about it but they'll put more effort to achieve that. Because they are feeded with the thought of “more pain more gain”  and They'll continue the torture without their body conscience

 Let's just talk about the real fitness consciousness with the current phenomenon around.

As we all know this pandemic has brought fitness industry on the verge of depression.
And  most of the major institutions are writing about and talking about only the “new normal”of different industries except the fitness industry.
Why are these people not talking about the “new normal ”of gym. Because somewhere everyone knows that the “new normal of gym” lies in their own home and for this reason fitness industry is being neglected by the all major institutions.
People are making transition from “community gym” to “home gym”. And that's the “new normal” for them.
I am a fitness enthusiast myself and there are some Deep realisations about fitness that I came across during this lockdown and I want you to self realise these things that I have realised.
Just think of your fitness journey from the beginning to till date and compare yourself on your Gym days with your lockdown days.
So now  if you have learnt anything from the pandemic. Then ask yourself, Is Gym that important in your life? Unless until you are a professional in this sport.
Now if you have not learnt anything from it and you just only binge watched Netflix and other stuff.
 It's not a problem you can still make a comparison. Just stand in front of your mirror and look for your gains.
Whether you find them or not just only ask one thing to yourself, Is Gym that important in your life?
Eating double amount of protein to the body weight is that worth it?
This pandemic brought everything for everyone in small packages just like Some of you lost some pounds  which you don't want to lose, and some of you gained some pounds which you don't want to gain. This stress is limitless.

If till now,you didn't questioned yourself about the fitness and your priorities in life you should do it now.

Because this pandemic brought the most important thing to human life i.e TIME . Which was actually missing from the “Normal life” of humans.
Yes the weeping of “Not having time” is over for now. You have plenty of time. There is no excuse left. So pursue those things that you have denied in the weep of “not have time for this”.
Ask yourself that what will i do with this endless and non productive skill of  mine in life.

This is the golden opportunity of humankind to reset their life as they wanted. And live life without regrets.

The need of the hour is more economized habits and simple needs . So save some pennies for future and leave this stupid chase of muscular physique.
And switch your life to more basic functions of body. This is the time where you can switch from your Gym life to activities like Yoga and Plyometric stuff. Just like gym exercises you can be your own guru in these activities also.
For these activities your home is sufficient .

This way also you can achieve  the utmost physique you want  and on bonus with more dimensional thinking.
Well yoga have its own benefits , if u think that yoga is bull shit. Just think about this reference :- India is a “Yog Guru” in whole world. If you don't believe it, well you can google it . Why?

Believe it or not but the need of the hour is simple way of living so cut down your all extra expenses and pursue a happy life.

The most affected part of the society is teenager of this era. They are powerhouse of energy. And capable of changing things around. But unfortunately they are in the game of “imitation”. In this game they are letting their energy to be consumed by irons in the gym.
They will not understand it in this particular time but in future they will regret that they have missed there peak energy period of life.

If you think that achieving six pack abs will calm you down then go for it. But have you ever thought of what after it??
